Service Description
Body bars are conducive to the kinds of movements incorporated into functional fitness workouts, where you move the bar in different directions instead of just straight up and down. The weight is evenly distributed throughout the bar and unlike standard barbells, body bars are also padded. Body bars are perfect for resistance training, balancing, cardiovascular training and are also useful in adding extra resistance to movements typically preformed using body weight only. Whole Body Weighted Bar Strength includes some progressions from Gentle Strength and includes basic elements from Mat Pilates and basic ballet strengthening exercises. Work is performed in standing positions and on an exercise mat.
